New type of snorkel

Post New type of snorkel 
I have an idea for a new type of snorkel. This snorkel will be use by people with disabilities. It would cover their whole mouth with a strap to hold it in place. I need help building it because I have Cerebral Palsy. I would appreciate if someone would like to help me with this.
